Returns and exchange

We hope that you like every order that you receive, however if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 15 days upon delivery to return the item to us for a refund or exchange.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please not that sale items are not eligible for returns. 

Please take care trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or without the security tag will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and a refund or exchange will be refused.

Before your parcel leaves our studio it is fully checked, however if you receive an item which you feel is damaged please contact us immediately.

Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and an email will be sent to you.

AlekSandraD monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse the service to anyone.
